We are based in sunny Santa Barbara and Ojai, California. We are currently a group of professionals that have been priced out of the current housing market. Through self-organizing we are hoping to model viable alternatives to achieve better quality of housing, with greater autonomy over how we live going into a future that is increasingly hostile towards the middle and lower class.
